A happy new year!!!!

Long time no see...
For a variety of reasons, I have a hard time.

As the new year starts, I hope to improve the skill of the project (team) management, and I think to improve profit ratio of work as keeping quality of contents made by us.

This is difficult problem. but I decided to tackle the problem.
(I'm afraid there will be hell to pay...)

In my personal life, I hope that my family is in good health, and I hope to build garden shed and the fence this year.

Then, I continue studying English bit by bit...

From tomorrow to October 9th, I will go back to my home town with my family. My destination is Hiroshima.
Nine years ago, I moved to Tokyo for getting a work. After working in six years, I had moved to Azumino. Over three year has since passed. And last year, I build a house and had an addition to my family.
That reminds me, I have been married for 7 years...

I can't believe how quickly the time goes!

The homecoming with my family will be for the first time in a year and a half.
Since after so long, I am looking forward to this visit.

I will write this blog about what happened in Hiroshima.

I was continuing to post this blog and to study English, and another solution was added.
I think that it can help me to improve vocabulary and English pronunciation.

When these lesson is completed, my English language skill should be improved. To that end, I should find many time for this lesson. This challenge is unconstrained. I am going to continue to study bit by bit.

Didn't I hear that before?
So, when running out of writing, I use it. :-P

I think so that one's policy about a career is different from each other. So, I don't give a damn about his personal life. I had an experience with career change. In my younger days, I had been part-time jobber.
But I have thought what the fruitful work for my career is , and I got a job. Now, I am thinking not only my career but also what the better selection is for my family.

Yesterday, I heard that my colleague was quitting the company. He cannot so good job. I wished that his skills grew, and I had given some advice about work to him. It's only regrettable that he is leaving the company.

I don't know he think to what extent. I think everyone have work-induced stress more or less, but I feel like he escape from reality.
In the result, he may be a pushover...

Oops, I didn't realize I wrote long sentence because I had jangled nerves...
Is this also one of good way to learn English? :-P

The ax bought yesterday was used for splitting firewood. Today is cool. So, I plied to split firewood in morning. This is fullbody motion! I went at it in a sweat. I knew wood of 2 ton was too much.
Tomorrow, I might have a muscle ache, but I could alleviate stiffness of the shoulders.

In afternoon, I had a drive with my family to Kobuchizawa in order to shop in Resort outlets Yatsugatake.
My sons bought the LEGO, and my wife bought some clothes. but I didn't buy because I could not find favorite.
What do I want ?
This answer might be time I can be free.
